What condition is the clothing in?
Everything we sell is authentic vintage and has been worn before, so minor signs of age and wear are to be expected. Items are rated with the following condition grades: mint, excellent, very good, good, fair, distressed, costume grade, and as is. Any significant flaws besides general wear will be noted.
When will my order arrive?
We ship domestic via USPS, and worldwide via Asendia. Shipping prices are based on weight, and will be automatically discounted for orders with multiple items.
US orders: Items under one pound are shipped via First Class Mail, and you have the option to upgrade to Priority at checkout, which takes 1-3 business days, or Express which takes 1-2 business days. Orders over one pound will automatically ship Priority in the U.S.
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is shipped. For international customers, your Asendia tracking number will change to your local carriers' via asendiausa.com once it enters your country.
Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when your package is being delivered. Once a package has been marked as delivered, we are not responsible in the case of loss or theft. Please also make sure that you have entered the correct mailing address with your order. If you don't receive your item due to a wrong address provided, you will be responsible for re-shipping cost. If there are any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Will it fit me?
We give an estimate for every item we list, but please double check the measurements to ensure it will fit you. The best way to tell if an item will fit properly is to compare the given measurements to a garment you already own. Vintage sizing varies from modern, so often the size on the tag is not accurate for today. Please feel free to email us at shop@flyingapplevintage.com if you have sizing questions!

Use the search bar to find items in your size using the following terms: XXS, XS, small, medium, large, XL, XXL, 2X, 3X, and plus size. You can also search by men/women, decade, color, item type and style terms to find your perfect piece.
Women's sizing
Our women's US size estimates are based off the following average body measurements:
Extra small: 32-24-34
Small: 34-26-36
Medium: 36-28-38
Large: 38-31-41
Extra large: 41-35-45
2XL: 45-37-48
3XL: 50-40-54
Men's & unisex sizing
Though we use female models, a lot of our clothing is unisex. You can search "men" or go to the Unisex/Men's section in the drop down shop menu. We will specify if our size estimate is for men instead of women.
What is your return policy?
To best ensure that you are happy with your item, we ask that you read through the measurements and condition notes before making your purchase. However, if your purchase doesn't work out, we do accept items returned in their original condition for store credit minus a $5 restocking fee. To initiate a return, please message us within 3 days of receiving your order, and ship your return within 7 days. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs, and the store credit amount issued is for the item price only. If the item is not returned in its original condition, buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
